This page covers the SMS notification program operated by Chase Boomer, a sole proprietor based in Rockland, Maine.

What this program is

I run personal software on my own computer that sends me automated status and alert messages. The only recipient is me, the owner, on my own verified mobile number. There is no customer list, no marketing, and no promotional content of any kind.

What information is involved

One mobile phone number: my own. It is stored in a configuration file on my own computer and in my account with my messaging provider, so that messages can be delivered to me.

What I do not do

Mobile information is never sold, rented, traded or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile number and no SMS consent is shared with anyone. There is no advertising network, no data broker and no mailing list involved in this program.

This website

This page is a single static file. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from third parties, and does not track you. Visiting it collects nothing about you.

Keeping and removing information

The number is kept only while the program is in use. It can be removed at any time by replying STOP to a message or by deleting it from the configuration file, which stops all messages immediately.

Children

This program is not directed at children and does not knowingly involve information from anyone under 13.
